All offers of products, services and delivery methods are valid worldwide, while stocks last. The items we sell are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. If, despite all our precautions, errors may have occurred, we could in no case be committed to this fact.
The photos representing the products are only indicative because of the alterations that may exist due to their transcription on the site. They are therefore not contractual. (The accessories shown on the visuals not included in the product description are optional)
Except in the event of a warranty, any operation between MATT Racing and its customers, not disputed within 7 days of delivery, can not give rise to a complaint.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. The contract is formed when the confirmation of your order is issued.

The customer has one calendar year from the date of order to send us the elements necessary for the production of his product. After this date, the order will be canceled and no total or partial refund can be requested by the customer.
Generally speaking, no order can be canceled once we have received the personalized items from the customer. A credit may possibly be offered after agreement of the management.
Customers have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with European regulations.
4. VALIDATION OF ORDERS
Any purchase order signed by the consumer by "one click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into question within the limits provided for in these general conditions of sale. The "click" associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of the integrity of messages constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties in the same way as a handwritten signature. For made-to-measure or personalized items, the validation of the proof is irrevocable. 6-4 PAYMENT BY CHECK (ONLY FOR METROPOLITAN FRANCE)
Payment by check is authorized only after agreement given by the company MATT Racing.
If you don't have a bank card, you can also pay by check. Your payment must be made payable to "Rémy GRAS". The order will only be processed after receipt of your check. An additional period of 10 to 12 days for order validation and dispatch may be charged as part of a provision check on the account, requested by the banking services.
If you wish to use payment by check, you can print your order from our site. For that, after validation of your basket, select the method of payment "by check". You will get a summary of your order that you can print.
Specify that the sketches and measurement guide will only be sent by email once the bank provision verification deadline has elapsed.
6-5 PAYMENT BY TRANSFER
You also have the option of paying by bank transfer. After validation of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the bank details in order to make the transfer. Downloadable items relating to your order or items in stock will only be sent upon receipt of your payment to our bank account.
6-6 RESERVE OF OWNERSHIP
The products remain the property of MATT Racing until full payment of the order by MATT Racing. However, from the date of dispatch, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

6-7 DEFAULT OF PAYMENT

7. Custom-made products and standard size
7-1 Taking measurements
For tailor-made products, MATT Racing provides, after receipt of payment, an explanatory guide to taking measures in which all the technical points of taking measures are detailed. All the steps described in the measurement guide must be followed. When receiving the measurements, MATT Racing undertakes to warn the customer if our team judges that the measurements are not correctly taken and can ask the customer to provide new measurements correctly taken in order to guarantee the good realization of the custom-made product. A second check is carried out by the manufacturing plant when it is sent to production. In the event of inconsistency in the measurements transmitted to the manufacturing plant, MATT Racing may ask the customer for further specific measures in part or in whole. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the new measurements as soon as possible so as not to delay production. MATT Racing cannot be held responsible for any delay due to the transmission of erroneous measurements by the customer. Likewise, if the customer refuses to send the additional measurements and / or photos requested by MATT Racing, the order will in no case be canceled but put on hold for the period allowed of 12 months from the date of order as stipulated in these general conditions of sale, article 3. The customer can not then claim any refund and may complete his order during these 12 months.
PLEASE NOTE: sending photos of measurements is MANDATORY ! It's written on the measurement guide. Any order provided without photos will be considered incomplete and placed on hold. Measurements made by professional seamstresses do not constitute a reasonable ground for dispensing with the necessary photographs when verifying the consistency of the measurements by the manufacturing plant.
In the event of a major impossibility to take pictures, the customer will be offered to sign a liability waiver and waiver of the warranty on the product ordered. Help with taking measurements: Subscription to the paid service for taking measurements does not in any way constitute an assurance of the correct completion of the taking of measures and of the correct final production of the product. This service is only offered to support the customer in taking measures in order to simplify them. It also does not guarantee with certainty the support by MATT Racing possible retouching after delivery if the product was unsuitable due to incorrect measurements.
ZEN option: subscribing to the ZEN option when ordering allows the customer to be assisted in taking measurements under the same conditions as assistance in taking measurements by videoconference (see paragraph above) and to benefit from a so-called adjustment combination with a view to manufacturing the final personalized model. This option does not guarantee in any case the good realization of the personalized final product nor the support by MATT Racing a possible touch-up on the final model once delivered. If the customer judges the final product to be inappropriate for their measurements, the usual support request procedure will be applied by customer service: control of the taking of measurements with sending of photos showing the defects observed.
7-2 Standard size
For products sold in standard size, the customer is solely responsible for the choice of the size ordered and cannot under any circumstances hold MATT Racing responsible for receiving a product with an improper size. No refund will be made. The exchanges of products could possibly be submitted to the direction which will be free to accept or not, the costs of return and of new sending remaining the responsibility of the customer.
A grid of brief measurements is available on the page of the articles concerned in order to allow the choice of the appropriate size. This grid is given for information only and does not constitute a guarantee. MATT Racing could not be held responsible or liable in any way if the product ordered according to this grid did not meet the customer's expectations. It is the customer's responsibility to take note of all technical aspects of standard size products described on the product page. A product in standard size is not a custom product and no adaptation can be made.
Our products are guaranteed parts and labor for a period of six months, by return or deposit in our store according to the articles of these general conditions of sale. The costs incurred by these modifications will be clearly notified to him by email and must be paid before alterations. Matt Racing cannot be held responsible for any additional delays that could be caused by a retouching of the template.
Any voluntary or involuntary degradation of the product will not give rise to total or partial support for the repair or replacement of the product within the framework of the product warranty.
9. DEADLINES, SHIPPING & RETURN
MATT Racing undertakes to respect as much as possible the shipping time given to you as an indication on the product sheet.
When ordering several items, the delivery time to take into account is the longest.
Packages are generally dispatched within 30 to 40 days after receipt of payment, validation of the Proof and of the customer's measurement information by the manufacturing plant.
These times are given as an indication, taking into account the variation in transport time to deliver the products ordered to our distribution point in FRANCE. They are then shipped via the carrier chosen when ordering or made available in our shop for withdrawal by the customer. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, when your order is shipped, you will receive an email to be notified of this shipment with an online package tracking link.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. The risks of loss and damage to the goods are transferred by the seller to the carrier chosen by the consumer, once the carrier has taken possession of the goods, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
In the event of late delivery, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any commercial gesture or compensation. It is the customer's responsibility to approach the carrier to request compensation. 9-4 CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

9-5 RETURN DEADLINE
If, upon receipt of his order, the customer notices a problem with his product whether it is a problem of design, graphics or measurement, he must let us know within 7 days of receiving his order. He will then be asked for explicit photos of the problem observed. If the problem turns out to be the result of a MATT Racing, the correction changes will be the responsibility of MATT Racing. The customer will not be able to claim damages in relation to this rectification regardless of the time that it requires.
If it turns out that the problem is due to the customer, MATT Racing will offer a quote to the customer to rectify the problem who will be free to accept or reject the quote.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
9-6 RETURN GOODS
In the event of the return of goods for made-to-measure or personalized products, no refund can be granted. A credit note or an identical replacement may possibly be produced after agreement with the litigation service. 10. ORDER CANCELLATION
Of a general nature, orders placed with MATT Racing are final and cannot be canceled except on the initiative of MATT Racing exclusively.

11. PROVISION OF THE "COMPUTER AND FREEDOM" LAW
